WEEK 81 - The Bee Movie

Hallo everyone! Hope everyone's week went swimmingly! K I've been thinking. In our lives we hit our highs and we hit our lows. When we are at our highs we stand up tall and proud and we are like "God look! I am doing so good!" We think "man things couldn't get any better" then BOOM we get hit from behind with something hard. Over and over again, and we are like "God how could you do this to me?" And eventually we fall. Plot twist that is literally what God wanted for us the whole time. It's daunting when we fall to our knees, it's a very lonely thing. We soon realize that the only thing we can do is to pray. I felt that this week, I needed the Lord over and over and over again. I always do. After falling down a bunch I realize why I must fall. We all will fall, but the best part is that we don't have to get back up alone. My heavens I love how that works. I love being in the YSA but judassss like every single YSA is so down to text the ENTIRE day. My phone feels like one of those dang buzzers you get at a Mexican restaurant that tells you when your table is ready, my days. Here is the week: - On Friday I was knee deep in a super stressful situation at a gas station, and I needed a pick me up. And this pick me ups name was Brandon. Brandon was snagging a dewski or something and I got chatting with him. This brotha loves the Lord. It was so elite. He was just ELABORATING about how much he loves the Lord and boom another brotha with an enormous blunt in his ear spawns. He heard us talking about the word and he dropped all he was doing and joined in. It was like a gospel version of D-day, I was so edified - Idk what my problem was, but I just straight up didn't believe in college campuses. Oh they're real - We were finding at a mall and every YSA I chatted with was like "aw man I'm sorry, I'm out of town rn we have this flower convention thing going on" after like 3 of these I just sent it and was like "oh ya so like the bee movie?" He was frankly unimpressed - I got to go to my friend Flora's endowment and my first friend on the mission Chu Yang came with us! It was so awesome to see Flora so happy! On our way back Chu Yang severly cut off someone and they honked and Chu Yang was SHOCKED that they would pull a stunt like that. Personally I thought it was pretty fair given that he like almost killed their family but idk - We had a lesson with out friend Nick and he told us about how a bench press fell on him in hs and then how he proved God through geometry... and then began the oddest conversation I've ever been in - My friend Cliff got baptized and I loved it So yep I love what I do! I feel like my heart has changed and I know that man cannot do that, so it has to be the Lord. I love yall so much, I'd love to hear from you! I hope your week is glorious! Pics 1. District lunch! 2.
